Using area
Applicable to various medical institutions, such as using for sterilized packaging of medical surgical scissors, tweezers and other equipment, and medical equipment manufacturers, such as using for disposable sterilized packaging of medical catheters, syringes, sterile dressings.

Using method
1.Choose the right sterilized bag according to the size of products, put the clean and dry items into the sterilized bag, allow 3~4 cm in length of the two sides for the closure of top and bottom, otherwise the possibility of a burst of sterilized reel bag will be increased.

2.Sharp instruments should be placed contrary from the stripping direction, to ensure safety of the users.

3.Close the bag with sealing machine, then put up the label of product name, batch number, sterilization time and other information on the blank space of the bags. Keep 1-2.5cm distance from the stripping place while sealing the bag.

4.Thermal cover should combine with the plastic surface of sterilized bag; Thermal sealing temperature is 180-220 ° C; Pressure 0.15kg/cm2, the delay time is 4-6S. (Based on the difference between performance of equipment, and security of sterilized packaging products, the parameters should be officially confirmed before using)

5.Put the closed sterilized bags in the related sterilized equipments, and sterilize according to relevant
international standard requirements.

6.Should confirm if the discoloration of chemical indicator is consistent with the discoloration of the sterilized bags after sterilize.

7.The products can not be used immediately after sterilize, they should be stored in cool, dry, ventilation and non-corrosive gas environments.

8.The sterilized bag should be torn by the unsealed direction. Should be holding two torn edge while dissecting, and open it with uniform balance.

9.Steam sterilization should be used in six months; ETO sterilization should be used in 24 months.

10.Check the sterilized bag before using. Do not use if it's damaged.
